Meet Teddy

When Teddy first started working with me, he had already played football to a high level at school. He loved every minute he spent on the pitch, but couldn’t stand the S&C sessions that came with it — simply because they weren’t built around his interests or how he enjoyed training.

It was never that Teddy disliked hard work or putting in the hours. He just never connected with how the gym had originally been presented to him. So we changed the approach. Together, we rebuilt his training around what motivated him, while still developing the physical qualities he needed.

Meet Henry

Before I started working with Henry, he was already a close friend of mine who came to me with the goal of getting stronger and building muscle in the gym. He’d always played sport, but had struggled to take things to the next level when it came to structured training and making real progress in the gym.

Over the following 12 weeks, we focused on realistic goal setting, consistent training, and building his confidence in the gym environment.
